General Manager of an established Day Spa and Thermal Bathing facility located in an historic bathhouse in Hot Springs National Park Arkansas. This is a full-time position.

The GM will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy spa and bathhouse in one of the park's most iconic landmarks. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in customer service, and possesses strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, preferably in a similar setting, and a passion for providing exceptional visitor experiences.

GM is responsible for managing approximately 50 team members organized into 6 departments: Reception/Reservations, Spa Services, Public and Privat Thermal Bathing, Retail Boutique, Café, and Maintenance/Housekeeping.

Operational Management: GM oversees all aspects of the historic bathhouse's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintenance schedules, and facility cleanliness. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations in order to provide a secure environment for staff and visitors and coordinating with other park departments to facilitate efficient operations and seamless visitor experiences.

Qualifications: Candidates should have proven management experience in developing and maintaining a dedicated team that provides exceptional guest services. Spa experience is beneficial but not required. Management experience is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience. Bonus opportunities are available based on performance.
