Quantus Management Resources is Hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) Near Saukville, WI

Our client is a leading steel manufacturing company thats looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Technician (Night Shift). Were looking for individuals with backgrounds in industrial electrical, including PLC and AC/DC experience.

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will:

  • Perform regular and preventative maintenance on installed electromechanical equipment and effectively troubleshoot complex problems associated with electromechanical machinery and systems.
  • Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose and repair.
  • Be a valued member of the maintenance team, interacting with production, industrial maintenance, and cross-functionally to ensure reliability of equipment, service, safety, and continuous improvement.

MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years electrical maintenance experience in heavy industrial environment.
  • Experience with industrial electronics, AC/DC theory, power transmission, test instruments and instrumentation, VFDs, PLCs, ladder logic, relay logic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motor controls, and electrical construction.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship, Journeyman Certification, or equivalent work experience.
  • Steel industry experience.
  • Welding and light fabrication experience.
  • Experience with industrial communication networks (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet).
