Overview:

Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) is a certified DoD Contractor providing services and products to US/Allied governments and industry in the following main areas: (1) Cybersecurity, High Performance Computing Systems, Cloud Services and Systems; (2) Space and Ground Support Systems; (3) Aviation Systems; (4) Missile Systems; (5) Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Systems and Experimentation/Training; and (6) Audio Visual Systems and Services. Quantum's Corporate Office is in Huntsville, AL, but Quantum actively hires for positions nationwide and internationally. Mission:

Quantum Research International is currently seeking a Principal Technology Strategist. The Principal Technology Strategist will be responsible for managing and maximizing the value of the new technologies for effectiveness and cost savings.

Responsibilities:

  • Make strategy a reality. Work with design and product management and engineering to explore new strategic areas for our clients to grow, refine ambiguous business challenges and turn them into impactful products and services.
  • Provide advice and direction. Using deep expertise in strategy, research, and synthesis to provide insight, advice and direction to our clients and project teams.
  • Identify opportunities. Use knowledge of the client’s business and industry to spot where they need to focus their attention to deliver great user experiences and improve business performance.
  • Lead continuous discovery. Identify the right questions to ask, use research methodologies and produce outputs that highlight actionable and tangible insights, aligned to our client’s product lifecycles.
  • Drive quality. Take a strategic lead role on projects, setting the direction, running continuous discovery, and owning the user experience.
  • Be a coach to our clients and our strategy and insights teams; planning and leading collaborative sessions with cross-functional product teams, playing an advisory role to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Five years of related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Extraordinary analytical skills, coupled with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources.
  • Significant experience with advanced statistical and machine-learning methods.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or PhD.
  • Experience with United States Space Force, Army Space and Missile Defense Systems.
