Mission:

Quantum is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to provide support as a Military Operations Analyst – Mid Level - Logistician to provide professional support to the Joint Functional Component Command Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC IMD) staff in the J87 as Test and Evaluation Flight Test Support and provide A&AS support to JFCC IMD J8 in executing its mission in support of the SecDef, Joint Staff, Uniformed Services, Combatant Commands, Missile Defense Agency, other Agencies, and Allied/Partner Nations. The objective is to provide missile defense mission area support to integrate and operationalize missile defense capabilities to meet operational requirements. The candidate will provide situational awareness and subject matter expertise (SME) regarding IMD Advocacy related activities, strategies, and plans of geographical combatant commands (GCCs).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cataloging for non-standard property.
  • Asset reporting and reconciliation between multiple systems.
  • Equipment Fielding.
  • Coordinate with property book personnel and sub-hand receipt holders, to ensure that all transactions pertaining to property are in compliance with regulatory guidance.
  • Ensure that all transactions pertaining to property are in compliance with regulatory guidance.
  • Perform data entry, direct inventories, conduct internal quality audits, prepare asset visibility reports, and ensure compliance with performance metrics.
  • Use various automated systems and tools to manage warehouse inventory based on life cycle replacement systems and forecasting requirements.
  • Review internal supply metrics to identify methods to improve supply support.
  • Inventory Management and reconciliation of purchase orders and receipt of purchases.
  • Prepare automated and manual accounting records and maintain 100 percent property accountability.
  • Advise sub-hand-receipt holders of proper property accounting techniques and implementation of supply procedures.
  • Maintain auditable records, logs, and files in reference to administration, supply, and other logistical records.
  • Perform inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehousing management functions.
  • Maintain oversight of government property in our possession to help ensure compliance to federal regulations.
  • Follow property and procurement processes, policies, procedures, and regulations to assure that contractor property management practices, systems, and submissions conformed to requirements, guidelines, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers, quality assurance personnel, and analyze supply performance reports and other databases.
  • Maintain oversight of government property in our possession to help ensure compliance to federal regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Plan work accomplished by subordinates and set immediate priorities and prepared schedules for completion of work.
  • Monitor all logistics-related workflow activities and ensured their implementation in accordance with Army regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience, an Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience, or a High school Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience providing receipt, accountability, stocking and inventory of electronic equipment and components.
  • Experience with data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition, and inventory purposes.
  • Experience with recording purchase request documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
  • Able to maintain records to account for items shipped (database & paperwork).
  • Experience with Global Combat Support System – Army and other logistics management saying.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range

$60,000 to $90,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
