What You'll Do

• Lead prospective student outreach and admissions for Quantic School of Business & Technology, its Valar Institute division, and our future learning offerings.
• Serve as chief ambassador for the institution, executing marketing strategy and communications to a broad group of stakeholders, including prospects, applicants, and admitted students.
• Direct and manage the work of 15-25 continuing and contingent staff across admissions. Develop those in leadership positions and their talent pipeline: make hiring decisions, provide coaching and mentoring, manage performance, proactively determine staffing needs, develop and ensure succession.
• Promote and market the degree programs including MBA/EMBA: duties may include planning and delivering in-person and digital presentations, hosting receptions, and participating in other recruitment activities.
• Make recommendations or decisions on applications for admission, and oversee application statuses to ensure the timely release of decisions.
