Position Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acumatica ERP Specialist with a strong background in SQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Acumatica ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient functionality. This position reports directly to the VP of Finance and Operations and would represent five locations across the country.

Acumatica ERP Implementation: Lead the implementation process of the Acumatica ERP system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other business applications. 

System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the Acumatica ERP system operates at optimal efficiency. Stay informed about the latest Acumatica releases and updates. 

Database Management: Utilize SQL expertise to manage and maintain the database associated with the Acumatica ERP system. Perform database optimization and troubleshooting as needed. 

User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency with the Acumatica ERP system. 

Customization and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement customizations within the Acumatica system. Develop scripts and reports using SQL as needed. 

Integration with Third-Party Systems: Work on integrating the Acumatica ERP system with other third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation, such as SalesForce and banking. 

Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols within the Acumatica ERP system to safeguard sensitive business data. Monitor and address security vulnerabilities. 

Hardware Installation and Help Desk Support: Provide basic hardware installation support and assist with help desk questions to ensure smooth IT operations. 

Third-Party Compliance and Microsoft GCC High Support: Collaborate with third-party compliance teams and Microsoft GCC High support, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and security standards. 

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity. 

Basic Hardware and Help 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Proven experience in implementing and maintaining the Acumatica ERP system. 

Proficient in SQL database management. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
