We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Digital Customer Experience Analyst to join our team. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, lead our business users in grasping the customer experience across digital platforms such as our website, portals, and new ecommerce platform. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong technical capabilities and be able to actively contribute to website development.
Reporting to the VP, IT Business Partner, this position will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to shape our digital strategy and oversee the development, maintenance, and support of our digital platforms.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Acting as the advocate for both internal and external customers to enhance their experience.
* Understanding, detailing, and communicating user workflows and requirements to ensure impactful technology solutions.
* Translating processes and workflows into functional technology solutions focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Creating and maintaining diagrams to illustrate business processes.
* Collaborating with commercial teams and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and communicate digital requirements.
* Managing changes in requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Providing input on design to align with business needs.
* Identifying and managing areas of risk related to requirements.
* Building relationships with customers and project team members to ensure understanding of customer needs.
* Leading the development of testing plans and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all requirements are met.
* Advocating for customers while identifying and facilitating necessary changes in business processes for project success.
* Partnering with commercial teams on engagements with external solution providers and implementing solutions as needed.
* Contributing to pre-project business case development, strategic planning, and identifying digital improvements in business processes.
Requirements for this role include:
* Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with three years of relevant experience.
* 8-10 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, website design, and portals.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering digital strategies supporting commercial and customer experience teams.
* Experience in end-to-end delivery of IT solutions supporting commercial teams through digital platforms.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com and ERP systems.
* Ability to handle difficult conversations with partners.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
* Excellent facilitation, consensus-building, and organizational skills.
* Comfort in working in ambiguous situations.
* Demonstrated expertise in analysis, problem-solving, and exploring "what if" scenarios.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
