PURPOSE:

The Office of Education Technology Division of School Technology is seeking a Microsoft SharePoint Services resource to provide on-premises SharePoint expertise on an as-needed basis estimated at 5 to 10 hours/week for a time limited engagement. A skilled and experienced individual is needed to join our team as a SharePoint 2010 application support specialist. The focus of this role will be to provide ongoing support for two existing on-premises SharePoint 2010 applications utilizing InfoPath and custom workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide continuous support for SharePoint 2010 applications, their forms, and workflows.
• Address and resolve any issues, bugs, or user queries related to the current applications.
• Collaborate with the project manager, application owners, and tech lead to ensure timely support of the applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• This position may require periodic on-call duty outside normal business hours to ensure that the supported systems are operating as intended. The on-call duties will be defined at the discretion of the client manager/organization on-call policy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience with SharePoint 2010, expertise with InfoPath forms, and Custom Workflows.
• SharePoint administration and configuration in an on-premises environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in designing and implementing approval workflows and forms.
• Customization of SharePoint Security Groups.
• SQL Reporting Services.
