Product Manager (Onsite)
Location: Anaheim, Glendale, Burbank, CA

About the Role:

As a Product Manager at our California locations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences for both Guests and Cast Members. You will be responsible for translating digital strategy into actionable and prioritized deliverables, focusing on enhancing the engagement and satisfaction of our digital platforms. By working closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, you will ensure the successful execution and ongoing enhancement of our digital products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand and execute the digital product strategy, transforming high-level visions into actionable user stories and detailed product requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive product documentation and assist in creating presentations to build support for the digital strategy among executive audiences and across the organization.
  • Lead and maintain the development backlog, participate in daily scrums to prioritize tasks, and remove impediments to the development process.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment among design, technology, and content strategy teams to uphold the strategic vision throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to maximize reach and impact of new digital experiences.
  • Monitor product performance, support A/B testing, and identify opportunities to enhance digital platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user engagement.
  • Aid in the delivery and maintenance of digital products, including direct involvement in content configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring consistent uptime of digital experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years in digital product management, preferably with a focus on mobile/website platforms.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and transform ideas into actionable plans.
  • Experience with content management systems, and familiarity with technical, user, and business challenges in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at an executive level and leading project initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proficiency in using data and metrics to justify requirements and track performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, achieving results through others and maintaining balanced relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience providing leadership across multiple teams and projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and with quality.
  • Comfortable working with teams across different geographical locations, including bi-coastal and international groups.
  • Prior experience with iOS/Android release processes is required. Previous industry experience is a strong advantage.
