Position Summary 

A Shuttle/Van Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests to/from local destinations. 

Responsibilities

• Driving guests to/from local destinations (e.g. airport, business, attraction, etc.) in
  a company vehicle
• Driving company vehicle for company related business errands
• Assisting both arriving and departing guests with their luggage
• Inspecting, cleaning, and servicing (e.g. oil, gas, etc.) the company vehicle
• Maintaining mileage log books
• Listening and responding to guests’ requests or complaints
• Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities
• Providing information to guests about local attractions and services
• Promoting hotel services, facilities, and other amenities to guests

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and Department of Motor Vehicles Report
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the required criteria for
  driving a company vehicle
• Strong knowledge of local area, including restaurants, attractions, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Punctual , reliable, and regular attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to follow written or oral instruction given by a supervisor
