Hotel Front Desk Clerk Job Description:
Previous Experience Must be needed in Hotel Industry.
Greet guests and patrons as they arrive.
Ask if guests have a prior booking.
Manage the registration process.
Ask for identification and ensure that the provided credentials are accurate.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.
Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information, and transfer calls.
Manage accurate accounting of all rooms.
Provide guests with room keys and call for bellboys if necessary.
Take reservations over the telephone, through emails, and in person.
Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions.
Refer guests to appropriate departments to resolve complaints or provide suggestions.
Compute bills and take payments.
Provide guests with directions around the hotel.
Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported.
Explain the appropriate use of keys and ensure that guests are satisfied with the rooms allotted to them.
Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift.
Housekeeping Associate Job Description:
Undergo training and sign the company’s contract
Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out
Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor
Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
Breakfast Attendant & Laundry Help Description & Requirements : (6:00 am - 1:00 pm)
Responsible for restocking items and reporting items needed to manager, cleaning tables, mopping floors, cleaning toaster, microwave, coffee machine and food displays.
Prepared and served beverages during breakfast hours.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to uphold proper health standards.
Greet and direct guest to breakfast buffet, courteously and efficiently according to brand set standards.
Maintained cleanliness and sanitation by corporate and federal standards.
After Breakfast hours, help in Laundry Room for wash and dry bedding, fold them and make it ready for next day for housekeeper.
