Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues - Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment - Utilize schematics, blueprints, and manuals to diagnose and repair equipment - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Leadership skills to supervise contractors and guide team members - Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Experience with logic controllers and other automated systems - Ability to maintain facilities in compliance with safety regulations - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
