The Quality Inn & Suites 2617 Appliance Court, Raleigh, NC 27604, currently has multiple positions open for GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for immediate hiring

11:00 PM TO 7:00 AM (Var (2-3 Days/Week )

Applicants must be:-

Customer Service Oriented (VERY IMPORTANT)

* Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time

* Neat and Clean Business type appearance

* Dependable.

* Be able to connect with customers and establish a rapore.

* Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess friendly personality, and excellent customer service skills. And always have smile on the face. The candidate should also have general knowledge of the basic day to day hotel operations, breakfast area setup from previous hotel experiences.

Previous front desk experience with HOTEL required.

Candidate must also be available to work Weekends and Holidays.

Experience with Choice Hotel's front desk system "Choice Advantage" a plus.

Job Duties Include:

Check-ins, Checkouts, Reservations, Handling Guests Disputes. Setting Up morning breakfast, cleaning desk area and public spaces. Other duties may apply based on the discretion of management.
