Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision

- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience

- Train and mentor staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies

- Conduct regular property audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

- Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth

- Maintain a clean and organized hotel environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a hotel management role is a plus

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in math calculations, including pricing, discounts, margins, and sales forecasting

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
