Qualifications & Requirements:

• In home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ambitious and results oriented.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads provided, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively promote our products or services

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using technology for sales presentations and CRM management
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
