Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Oversee office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule permits through varies villages
- Creat folders & labels for job folders
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Support event planning and coordination for company meetings or special events
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or administration is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday.
