Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. is Hiring a Youth Care Worker (Shifts: Full time 3pm-11pm M-F or Part time weekends) Near Cleveland, OH

GENERAL INFORMATION: Quality Care Residential Homes, Inc. is an agency located in the Greater Cleveland area with residential group home facilities for traumatized youth. The agency is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services & accredited by the Council On Accreditation. Youth may have a history of any of the following: trauma, abuse, neglect, juvenile history or mental health issues. We are looking for people that enjoy helping at risk teens.

DUTIES: Encourage and help youth to meet their goals. Provide mentorship to youth. Assisting with behavior management and intervention. To assist residents with independent living and social skills. Assist in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for youth to thrive. Coordinate and supervise scheduled activities (field trips, shopping and social events.)

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with youth or at-risk youth. Need to pass a background check and physical. Must have a valid drivers license. CPR & First Aid is a plus.

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Evening shift Monday thru Friday 3pm to 11pm full time & a part time position weekends 3pm to 11pm available.
