IT Infrastructure Manager
As a member of the IT team, the Infrastructure Manager provides leadership and technology vision in the support, development, and implementation of information technology. The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing, administering, monitoring, and supporting the infrastructure related components and environments. They work directly with the IT Help Desk, supporting technology and applications provided to the business. The Infrastructure Manager position requires strong knowledge and hands on experience with network administration, data center operations, Office 365, and Microsoft systems.
General Responsibilities:
· Lead and directs performance of the infrastructure team
· Reviews, evaluates, and develops recommendations for enhancements and support of IT infrastructure and applications
· Document, plan, design, implement, support, and maintain all aspect of the enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, network, and telecommunication components
· Establishes and implements policies, standards, and guidelines for the IT department
· Development and standardization of infrastructure services and procedures along with streamlining any discovered inefficiencies
· Manage the team in charge of day-to-day operations to key performance metrics defined for System Security, Network availability and critical system incidents
· Manages personnel including mentoring and/or working with employees to enhance their performance, career development, and work production
· Works with director and managers to determine staffing requirements, interviews, hire new employees, and oversees personnel processes
· Investigate and document new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve system stability and reliability
· Oversees, plans, and manages large/complex projects
· Lead and coordinate innovation efforts to implement new technology solutions and services for employees and customers
· Selects, manages, and controls IT providers and outsourced service providers
· Administrates networks and servers and provides support to the IT Help Desk and employees as needed
· Assists with the preparation and presentation of the annual technology budget
· Reviews and maintains applicable service level agreements
Experience and Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
· 3-5 years of infrastructure lead or management experience preferred
· 7 years of experience with functional and technical aspects of IT support services and related infrastructure solutions, capabilities and technologies including the following: Virtualization (VMWare), Network Management, SAN Storage, Project Management, and Cisco Telephony
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016 and Microsoft SQL 2008/2014/2016
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
· Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory, PowerShell and Group Policy
· Experience with AWS, Azure, and other PaaS technologies is desired

· Able to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed
· Ability to travel between offices, as required

Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
