Quality Technician – Both Day and Afternoon Shift

We are seeking Full Time Quality Technician – Apply now to schedule an interview TODAY!
As the Quality Technician you will be responsible for evaluating and verifying that product is being manufactured correctly and that quantities in standard packs are correct.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Last Tagged Part in containers delivered to final audit per standard procedure
  • Report any problems or discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately
  • Report any un-resolved problems or discrepancies to the Plant Manager and Quality Supervisor immediately
  • Enter a non-conformance for any defective or mislabeled product, place a hold tag on each container and arrange for the defective product to be moved to the Quality Hold area for disposition
  • Audit manufacturing cells by; verify operator is following operator instructions, verify correct materials are being used, verify correct packaging is being used and verify product meets visual requirements
  • Verify incoming product for dimensional, visual and quantity compliance
Skills/Qualifications
  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Associates degree or better is preferred
  • Must be able read and interpret part drawings.
  • Ability to set up and measure parts to ensure products meet print and specification requirements.
  • Basic quality metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, tape measures, gauge pins, durometer).
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 35 pounds
