Job duties:

• Supervises and works with professional staff, including a Sexton and Assistant Sexton
• Makes long-term plans for projects to be completed while prioritizing short-term needs
• Handles all administrative duties related to facility maintenance
• Communicates policies, maintenance plans, and building projects
• Oversees maintenance and repairs of property and equipment
• Orders supplies within budgetary limits
• Conducts annual performance reviews of employees

Requirements:

• Full vaccination against COVID-19 required
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience required
• 2 years of maintenance experience required
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with IT support is a plus

Schedule and Pay:

• PT, 25 hrs/week
• Flexible schedule: 3 days/week for 8 hrs (ideally Mon, Fri, and one other day), occasional Saturdays for church services/events
• $22-26/hr, Depending on experience
