Job Title: 1st Shift Inside Sales Representative
Location: Genesee County
Salary: $50,000 per year

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management to drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential customers and follow-up on leads.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing product information, pricing, and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts, ensure timely order fulfillment, and provide excellent customer service.
6. Utilize solid Excel skills to analyze sales data, generate reports, and track key performance indicators.
7. Participate in trade shows and specific meetings, representing the company and promoting our products and services.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate sales records and documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build strong relationships.
3. Solid proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, report generation, and tracking sales performance.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully secure new business and meet sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
7. Professional demeanor and presentation skills for trade shows and customer meetings.
8. Minimal travel required, limited to specific meetings or trade shows.
