Qualified Staffing is Hiring a HR Coordinator (JK9917856526) Near Staunton, VA

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our client in Staunton, VA. This position provides Human Resources and payroll support for the day to day operation of the plant. Pay will be $20-25/hour depending on experience.

Job Duties:

bull;Processes payroll for all hourly, salaried non-exempt, and temporary employees.

bull;Tracks and maintains the talent development and performance evaluations for the hourly employees

bull;Drives the full life-cycle of the recruitment process for hourly positions

bull;Assist in providing new hire orientation

bull;Works with new hire training team on training improvements and updates for hourly employees

bull;Tracks, maintains, and pays attendance, bonus hours, holidays, and bereavement

bull;Provides headcount report and overtime reports to HR Manager and accounting

bull;Scans and enters employees in Kronos and ADP

bull;Assists employees with 401K, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Qualifications:

bull;Associates degree or equivalent experience

bull; At least one year of payroll experience

bull; Prior Human Resources experience

bull; Knowledge of Microsoft Office

bull; Knowledge of HRIS flow
