Do you enjoy multi-tasking and solving puzzles? This may be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client in Youngsville, NC is seeking someone who can help maintain an ever-fluid balance of exceeding customer expectations while supporting the logistics.

Overview:

Will help coordinate appointments for installations and warranty work. Prepare job packets and checklists for installers and warehouse personnel to ensure proper materials are sent to each project. Will perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts, entering payables, and processing information for receivables.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain work flow to meet company profitability and sales priorities

• Schedule service activity to maximize customer services and minimize costs
• Ensure customer satisfacction while maintaining company standards. Resolve or refer all complaints. Follow-up on a timely basis to every custoemr concern
• On-going maintenance and updates to production schedule, tracking sheet, and daily service schedule
• Complete of job packets for subcontractor crews
• Accurate reconciliation and processing of billings & overages
• Prepare subcontractor invoices for payment, including receipt of checklists, and coordination with superintendents on approved payments.
• Process information for recievables; gather invices; prepare sales tax information
• Contact and accurately track subcontractor activities
• Provide job status updates and maintain accurate and complete job files.

Qualifications:

• Basic Computer skills to include Excel spreadsheets
• Document Management
• Experience in scheduling, logistics, customer services and invoicing
• Conversational Spanish would be a plus

Education:

• 2 to 5 years related experience along with some secondary eucation or training.
