• Provide quality, red carpet service to new and current customers.
• Cross-sell additional products with customers to save them money & promote retention.
• Maintain email throughout the day; responding promptly to incoming emails.
• Maintain records of service & quoting activity and referrals received for back office tracking.
• Answer phones and assist customers or redirect to correct team member when necessary.
• Notate systems with vital customer interaction information as needed.
• Bilingual Agents: Provide sales or service assistance to Spanish speaking customers and clients as needed.

• NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
• Enthusiastic personality with a hunger to help customers and cross-sell policies.
• Ability to urgently assist clients when the need arises.
