Duties include but not limited to:
Oversee company's financial data by maintaining accurate books on accounts payables and receivables, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Perform daily accounting tasks and monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and fuel cards. Prepare financial reports for management including P&L, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
Set up jobs, and complete job costing reports.
Create invoices, send out monthly client statements, assist with collections Assist with open enrollment, benefits, and human resources as needed.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.39 - $24.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Sulphur, LA 70663 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
