JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· 3-5 years experience into Production Management.

· Experience of machining processing and CNC machines.

· Must be able to read blue print , GDT, inspection equipment, and tooling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize tasks for the CNC/Index department.
• Manage daily operations on CNC/Index machines.
• Generate job travelers and material pick sheets for all CNC/Index machines.
• Develop the weekly schedule and coordinate with CNC/Index team members.
• Update and maintain the production schedule in Vantage.
• Audit daily production reports and correct labor entry mistakes in Vantage.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for first piece approvals.
• Complete tooling requisition forms for the Tool Room.
• Record and maintain monthly preventive maintenance logs. Assess new job quotes.
• Order necessary tooling, supplies, and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00 - $88,635.26 per year
