Server & Hourly Supervisor Job Description

Location: 27 E. Sheridan Ave, RENDEZVOUS DOWNTOWN, Oklahoma City, OK 73104

Rendezvous Pizza in Bricktown is seeking a friendly and efficient Server & Hourly Supervisor to join our team and grow with us! They will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as working 2 - 3 supervisor shifts. On the supervisor shifts, they will be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
• Process payments and make change accurately
• Keep dining area clean and organized
• Assist with the training and supervision of the team, ensuring all employees are performing at their highest capability. 
• Closing & opening administrative responsibilities on supervising shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server and Shift Leader is required. Management experience is preferred. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
