Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Welcome members and guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.

- Assist them with their inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.

- Provide detailed information about our services, membership options, and upcoming events while tailoring recommendations to suit individual needs and preferences.

- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and tactfully, striving to resolve issues and enhance overall satisfaction.

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, where patrons feel encouraged to engage and return.

2. Sales and Promotion:

- Employ sales techniques to promote memberships, merchandise, and services.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and pricing structures and communicate their value to customers.

- Capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to augment customer experiences and drive incremental sales.

3. Retail Operations:

- Maintain oversight of inventory levels, regularly checking and replenishing merchandise as needed to ensure optimal availability.

- Execute seamless transactions using the point-of-sale system, always ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Organize merchandise for product visibility and presentation, fostering an engaging and aesthetically pleasing retail environment.

- Uphold standards of cleanliness and organization within the retail area, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

4. Event Support:

- Collaborate with the event organizer to facilitate the seamless execution of tournaments, competitions, and special events.

- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of event spaces, coordinating logistics and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are readily accessible.

- Provide attentive support to event participants, addressing inquiries, facilitating registrations, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

- Contribute energetically to the overall success of events, embodying our commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere rigorously to established safety protocols and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of patrons and colleagues alike.

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club policies, rules, and regulations, enforcing compliance consistently.

- Exercise vigilance in identifying and addressing potential safety hazards or risks, promptly escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail roles, ideally within the context of the outdoor sports or recreational industry.

- Thought not required, familiarity with sporting clays is preferred.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, adaptability, and an innate ability to connect with diverse audiences.

- Exemplary organizational skills, with an unwavering attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
