Quadrint is seeking an Executive Officer. This position can be based in Springfield, VA.A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Quadrint is seeking an Executive Officer. This position can be based in Springfield, VA.A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate onboarding of individuals for the contract including communications with on-site team and FSO, pickup of individual, and facilitation of onboarding activities.
- Preparation of team events and meetings including room scheduling, meal orders, and document preparation, and ordering office supplies.
- Stewardship of contract documentation as it pertains to team operations including seating charts, NDAs, and regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinate travel for program leadership as needed.
- Assist with Data Transfer requests between networks.
- Manage work queue and assign out tasks as needed to ensure timely customer service.
- Miscellaneous tasks may arise as program manager deems necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in an executive officer/administrative role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal and people skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Must be very responsive to tasking and able to work well independently and in groups.
- Experience working at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
- Experience with ServiceNow or another ERP software.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other HCM software.
- Possess a Counter-intelligence Polygraph.
- Experience with Content Management Systems like Confluence, SharePoint, Teams.
- Experience with onboarding and operations support.
