Business Relationship Manager - Information Technology Washington, DC MUST: Experienced Business Relationship Manager 8 years of work experience Strong experience within the IT/Technology field and Business fields Strategic Technology Planning Experience with Organizational change management Strong knowledge of how program management office and governance frameworks operate Experience creating Cost benefit analysis for projects Experience facilitating IT planning and governance Ability to take IT talk and translate for non technical employees Bachelors Degree DUTIES: Act as the liaison between various Divisions (Technology, Business, and Infrastructure) Work with various units to i mprove business processes and end user experienceCreate suggestion programs, including formal/informal communications, surveys, and metricsFacilitate the I.T. Planning & Governance Ensure effective governance throughout project lifecyclesFacilitate service transitions to operations for the Business Units Conduct testing activities, service negotiation tasks and other change management activities Ensure that requirements are included in technology standards Define and sustain change management/control procedures and ensure adjustments are made to the clients requirementConfirm that management tasks are done correctly Provide support to various management teams and provide support with operations, service contracts and other opportunities to assist with improvements Serve as the key regional technology spokesperson Manage incoming requests and identify requirements, facilitate Steering Committee meetings, and set objectives for various projects Create cost-benefit analysis for projects Prioritize requirements and work with stakeholders *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
