Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the relationships between Quadrant and its customers. As a CSR, you will have 5-10 accounts that you'll be responsible for all communications, including quotes (with technical support), order placement, status updates, and expedite requests. Most customer interactions are through email (Outlook) and occasionally by phone. Our company uses ProShop as our ERP software, which includes every aspect of the business, and is very user-friendly. We are also striving to become a paperless company with the help of ProShop!
This is a critical function that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with teammates and customers with excellent writing and verbal skills.
