Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Client Care Supervisor to join our Retail team! The preferred candidate for this position will possess the ability to achieve success as an independent contributor with minimal direct supervision and oversight, as well as a collaborative teammate within QCBT's Customer Care and Retail Department, all QCBT internal and external clients and partners, and the QCRH organization as a whole.
The Client Care Supervisor is primarily responsible for "meeting or exceeding client expectations" by providing a best-in-class client experience as a competitive advantage to current and prospective clients. This individual will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and coaching team interactions and impact and in order to provide consistent inclusive leadership and candid feedback to team.
Calls may include general client and account questions as well complaints and other issues and will come from diverse individuals of many different backgrounds, abilities, and experiences with banking. The ability to quickly create a connection, establish a sense of rapport and professionalism, embrace a mindset of curiosity with challenging client issues, and listen with the intention of understanding are essential to the success of this role. This role works from a centralized phone center a majority of the time with some remote work opportunities.
