Job Summary: Join our team as a Project Manager for our Electrical Department, where you'll lead the planning, execution, and tracking of electrical construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, developing comprehensive work plans, and managing resources to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. You'll oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and maintain open communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of milestones. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Excel in a dynamic construction environment and play a pivotal role in driving project success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior management to define project scopes.
  • Crafting comprehensive work plans that outline project activities and sequences.
  • Strategically allocating resources including time, budget, and equipment for project success
  • Developing and managing project schedules in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Conducting regular reviews and adjustments to ensure project progress remains on track.
  • Establish clear communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project milestones.
  • Monitoring project quality and adherence to standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Managing project funds meticulously, adhering to established accounting protocols.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of project outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent budget management skills: must be able to estimate project costs, monitor expenses, and manage finances.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in following written and verbal instructions.
  • Punctual and consistent attendance in accordance with the work schedule.
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little instruction in a highly organized manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to timeframes.
  • Ability to prioritize workload. Strong decision-making skills.

Education and Experience: Must have 5 years’ experience in project management and electrical work.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to transport items up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to conduct field work at various locations.
