QPS Employment Group is Hiring a Body Shop Estimator Near Davenport, IA
Wage: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm (Mon-Sat)
QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Body Shop Estimator position at a company in Davenport, IA. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate the cost of collision repair service for each car brought to the shop.
- Check the vehicle owner's insurance, collect information on the price of parts, determine what repairs are necessary, and handle special requests.
- Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
Body Shop Estimator Requirements:
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Working knowledge of the industry, experience preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in insurance/collision repair field.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
- Strong sales orientation.
- Excellent communication to clearly explain issues and repairs to customers who may have little understanding of vehicles.
- Prior estimating knowledge.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
