Responsibilities – Body Shop Manager:

• 
  Oversee collision repairs, employees and daily body shop operations.
• Coordinate daily collision repair production to meet deadlines and maintain strict quality standards.
• Hire, manage and schedule work for body shop employees
• Appraise auto body damage, writes cost estimate for repair
• Check quality of completed work
• Maximize profit, control expenses
• Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies.
• Maintains shop equipment in good working condition
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – Body Shop Manager:

• 
  Auto body shop repair tech/management experience is required
• Thorough knowledge of collision repair process including quality standards
• Good leadership, computer, communication, and customer service skills
• Team builder with ability to motivate staff to achieve goals
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
