We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to assist with receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The associate will process receiving, shipping, provisioning of devices, RMA requests, and equipment testing and repair.
Ultimately, the associate will ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. In addition to warehouse duties, you will be responsible for contributing process documentation and the development and updating of the QOS Warehouse Department Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Duties of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
* Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
* Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
* Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security according to QOS defined standards
* Process RMAs, and management of all internal and external associated processes
* Responsible for asset and inventory management using Service Now ITSM
* Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and carriers
* Produce reports and statistics regularly using Service Now ITSM
* Receive and load shipments using a forklift
* Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience, preferably with forklift experience
* Some understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
* Some technical experience and familiarity with configuring routers and/or switches
* Experience with Service Now is preferred but not required
* Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
* Some knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
* Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
