QOS Networks is Hiring an Account Development Manager Near Remote, CA

We’re looking for a strategic and informed Account Development Manager (ADM) to join our team to help support our impressive roster of enterprise customers and existing relationships. The ADM works in conjunction with our Customer Success team to educate and expand QOS’s portfolio of products, solutions, and services within our customer base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Edge Network, SD-WAN or Network Infrastructure sales experience working with enterprise accounts at the Director, VP, and C-Suite levels
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Authorized to work within the United States
  • 20% travel for company events and customer meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling QOS’ portfolio of products, solutions, and services to existing customers
  • Understand customer’s current network environment, business priorities, and potential future requirements in order to recommend solutions and grow profitable revenue
  • Establish a meeting cadence with customers, identify growth opportunities, and articulate the value QOS can provide through strategic and innovative conversations
  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of QOS’s portfolio of products, solutions, services, and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers of assigned accounts and connected partners while aligning QOS executives with customer executives
  • Collaborate with pre-and post-sales internal teams to ensure QOS is driving sales with viable solutions
  • Create and manage opportunities within Salesforce to support sales funnel, and achieve targets and goals
  • Lead creation of customer presentations, price quotes, and complex proposals for assigned customers
  • Continue education on industry trends, products, and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding track record in achieving targeted sales results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to all audience levels
  • Ability to think ahead, plan long-term decisions, and anticipate outcomes
  • Ability and knowledge to control the sales process
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited direction and oversight
  • Ability to accurately forecast business and meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Utilize Challenger Selling and account management techniques to maximize the business relationship and opportunities with assigned accounts
  • Organized, highly self-managed, and self-starting
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Takes responsibility & ownership for data integrity and accuracy of work products
  • Creative with business planning and implementing sales initiatives
  • Customer-focused and responsive to customer and company requirements
  • Experience with indirect channel sales organizations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
