About the Role:

The UI/UX Developer will be instrumental in crafting user interfaces that are both visually compelling and functionally effective. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, the candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our design initiatives, ensuring that our digital products resonate with users and stand out in the marketplace.
Responsibilities for this position include: 

• Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent across web and mobile platforms.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and assess user feedback to iterate and enhance the user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Oversee the design process from conception to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering teams.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate best practices in UI/UX design.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and user experience strategies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React, with an emphasis on creating responsive designs.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
