Primary Responsibilities:
Shadow team members and supervisors to learn day-to-day operations.
Learn DOT and OSHA regulations and ensure compliance
Participate in driver supervision
Learn and participate in evaluating and teaching safety techniques
Learn to use computer/internal freight monitoring systems effectively
Participate in daily operational tasks and account-specific duties required by customers
Complete projects as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similarly related field)
Willingness to learn operations and complete assigned projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work the required schedule (in the Office and the Fieldwork)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Shift:
Workdays and shifts are subject to change at any given time based on job scheduling and/or business needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
An hourly pay of 20$ per hour
