Job Description

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacements
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develops and implements an effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment, and product handling systems.
• Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives. Resolves problems and identifies trends.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Ability to manage processes

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Basic computer literacy
• Data entry management
• Experience with warehouse safety protocols
• Deadline Orientated
• Forklift certified Driver
• Previous warehouse operations experience preferred
