Position Overview

QinetiQ US has an immediate opening for Program Financial Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to SDA Finance Chief. The candidate will provide program budget support to include the generation of MIPRs and perform PPBE budget duties. Duties include but not limited to :

Responsibilities

• Government’s Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE).
• Perform top-level PPBE analysis and prepare RDT&E exhibits.
• Communicate program and technical requirements into acquisition, planning, public release documents and correspondence in clear, concise and compelling terms.
• Develop and execute MIPRs using DAI and USSF financial systems
• Develop documentation for and assist with the exectuion of budget documents
• Demonstrated creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving financial, business, administrative, or program management problems.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking financial milestones
• Create and coordinate budget and acquisition documents; organizing meetings
• Understand DoD policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA and 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in an high paced DoD environment.
• Secret required; Must be able to obtain/maintain TS/SCI; #qinetiqclearedjob
