QinetiQ US has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO). The FSO will be responsible for maintaining a FCL portfolio and providing backup to other key positions. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other related security activities.
The company is looking for an FSO with exceptional work ethic, ability to work independently with little to no instruction, demonstrated record of strong initiative, accomplished verbal/written communication skills, as well as demonstrated successful engagement and collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and other DoD and/or Intelligence Community Customers. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting and applying policies, developing, and implementing security programs, drafting plans and procedures to ensure mission success and accurate, up to date compliance records with corporate policies and national security regulations.
