What You’ll Do:

• Acknowledge, engage and interact with guests and other Team Members
• Anticipate and exceed guests’ needs
• Engage guests in dining room through table visits
• Bus dining room area during peak volume periods
• Ring orders accurately by using the point of sale system
• Receive cash and credit card payments and issue receipts or change due to guest; responsible for overages and shortages, accuracy and security
• Address guest needs and concerns
• Create guest orders as requested and ensures the accuracy of each order
• Suggest appropriate flavor combinations and menu complements to enhance the quality of the guest experience
• Pay careful attention to presentation of food (i.e. pulls plastic wrap off items before coming to the line, etc.)
• Frequently clean the service line, restrooms, equipment, and dining area and assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
• Replenish food in serving stations and holding areas appropriately

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Age - 16 years
• Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer / POS skills are required.
• Must have access to adequate transportation
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes extending beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Available on weekends and evenings
