The Assistant Teller Supervisor is primarily responsible for conducting financial transactions between customers and the Bank using a computer terminal. Assistant Teller Supervisor handles customer inquiries and problems, and maintains favorable customer and employee relations. In the absence of the Teller Supervisor, Assistant Teller Supervisors are responsible for all supervisory duties.
Ideal candidates would have some banking experience, strong customer service focus, ability to listen to customer needs and suggest solutions for those needs, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: A minimum one year previous bank Teller and/or cash handling/customer service experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience. Previous supervisor's experience preferred.
Tellers will be scheduled between 7:45am-5:15pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-5:45pm Friday and some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:15pm.
