Certified Medical Assistant/Receptionist: front of office operations

Seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team! QC Kinetix is excited to announce a part-time job opportunity within our company.

The front desk representative performs administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, gathering required information and documents, providing information, and assisting patients with payment.

• $200 - $250 per day potential for bonus
• Position is 3 days per week.
• Gainesville - Summerfield - Ocala
• Tuesday-Thursday

Job Duties

• Smiles and demonstrates positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask
• Demonstrates hospitality and professionalism to all patients
• Confirms and schedules patient appointments, as well as cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling requests.
• Schedules patients appropriately
• Helps patients apply for financing.

Starting June 1: Weekly pay

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 per week
