We need a Medical Director/Doctor to act as a supervising doctor, perform bone marrow procedures, see patients, complete orthopedic-focused exams, and administer joint injections in an outpatient setting.

QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds.

Position Details:

• Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio.
• Belief in the potential of regenerative therapies to help treat arthritis, joint injuries, and chronic pain and help patients avoid surgery and pain meds (training provided).
• To be outstanding with patients and develop immediate rapport as a concierge medical provider, one must communicate confidence in regenerative medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various constituencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of current principles, methods, and procedures for delivering medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an area of expertise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses.
• Supervise medical staff of mid-level providers and assistants.
• Follows established policies, procedures, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• BMAC experience is a plus.

Details and compensation:

• Schedule: 6-Days per month on MON and THUR.
• The clinic is located in Youngstown, OH.
• Must be able to attend a 2-day training class.
• $6,000 per month potential to earn a bonus tied to clinic performance.
