Job Summary:

The Project Leader is a senior leadership position at Q2 Management. 

This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness at their designated client site. Project Leaders accept ownership of and responsibility for the overall success of every project assigned, from start to finish, and across every shift. As a central point of contact, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and communications to new and existing customers
  • Actively train and mentor Shift Leaders to be successful
  • Employee performance validation and career advancement
  • Conduct audits, spot checks and field site assessments
  • Perform and assist in customer investigations
  • Foster a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Empower team cooperation and communication across all shifts
  • Seek constructive feedback from employees and customers
  • Foster strong professional relationships with subordinates and colleagues
  • Develop your team and identify new leadership talent

Basic Qualifications:

  • An energetic and achievement-oriented attitude
  • A dedication to customer service and an “expert-level” or knowledge about client
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and foster a sense of control
  • Flexible schedule to support various shifts and locations
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to travel within operating region
