Berardi Partners is Hiring a PROJECT LEADER Near Detroit, MI

We have an exciting opportunity to add a Project Leader to our Columbus, Ohio office. A Project Leader’s responsibilities vary on a day-to-day basis and relies heavily on adapting to the evolution of projects starting out with the initial schematic design phases through construction documents and ultimately to construction administration/project closeout. Project Leaders will engage in a collaborative process with the entire team and work hand in hand with Project Managers/Management to deliver projects that meet and exceed the expectations set forth by our Clients. Our project leaders should have the ability to effectively communicate with both our design team and design team consultants. The position requires an advanced understanding of construction documents and specifications which will be augmented with on- the-job training and mentorship provided by our project managers.
