As a Front Office Team Member at Q Dental, you will be a point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar efficiently to optimize patient flow.
  • Answering phone calls and emails promptly, addressing patient inquiries, and providing accurate information.
  • Managing patient records and ensuring all paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
  • Processing payments, insurance claims, and other financial transactions accurately.
  • Collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment by fostering open communication and mutual respect.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
