ERRCS Engineer

IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT

• Pay range from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour DOE
• Full Time Exempt Position

Summary Description:

PyroComm is looking for an ERRCS Installer:

• Install various low voltage cables (Twisted Pair, Coaxial, Fiber, DC Copper, etc.), including bundling, lacing, and labeling.
• Install overhead cable supports and pathways (Stringers/Rods, J-hooks, Cable Tray, Ladder Rack, Fiber Trough, Fire Rated Sleeves, Firestopping, etc.).
• Install edge devices (Antennas, Amplifiers, Access Points, and various Network components).
• Read and interpret floor plans and blueprints.
• Become proficient in cable installation standards, codes, techniques, and terminations.
• Familiarize yourself with Fiber Terminations and Fusion Splicing.
• Learn cable testing equipment and processes.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

• Sitting – Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
• Walking –Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
• Standing- Constantly (6-8 hours/daily)
• Standing on Ladder- Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
• Bending (Neck and Waist) – Constantly (6-8 hours/daily)
• Squatting – Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
• Climbing – Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
• Kneeling - Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
• Crawling – Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily)
• Twisting (Neck and Waist) – Occasionally (0-3 hours/daily)
• Grasping (crimping) – Constantly (6-8 hours/daily)
• Lifting 0-70lb – Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
• Carrying 0-70lb – Frequently (3-6 hours/daily)
